Mission Statement: Our mission is to help your child have a healthy and cavity free childhood while providing the quality and care needed to create a positive dental experience.

Alaina | Dental Hygienist

Alaina was born and raised in Maryland. She received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. As a child, going to such a wonderful pediatric dental office made her want to pursue a career in dental hygiene and continue to work with children. When she is not working, she loves reading books, going on hikes, and spending time with family and friends.

Alaina is incredibly happy to be here at Tooth Fairy Smiles and is excited for all the amazing memories to come!

Alejandra | Dental Hygienist

Alejandra was born and raised in California and moved across the country to Maryland in 2021. She received her bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California of Davis in 2007 and became a dental hygienist in 2009. She has been in the dental field for over 15 years and loves helping our young patients achieve a healthy smile. Today, she and her husband have 4 beautiful children including a set of twins. On her days off she values the time with her family. You may catch her at a sporting event, skating at a local park, or eating some yummy tacos or Thai food.

Ashley | Patient Coordinator & OR Scheduler

Ashley is a Maryland native who graduated from Southern HS in 2007.  She has been a dental assistant for 9 years, all spent at Tooth Fairy Smiles.

She is married and has twin daughters. She loves spending time with her family at the beach.

Bianca | Dental Assistant

Bianca was born and raised in Annapolis. She attended AACC and received her Dental Assistant Certification. When Bianca isn’t working, she spends time with her two amazing children. She also loves to attend festivals and go out to eat!

Elle | Dental Assistant

Elle was born in Alabama and raised in Maryland. She went to AACC for dental assisting and received her certification in December of 2020. She loves the new career path and is excited to learn new things each and every day. In her free time, she enjoys horseback riding, which includes competing in horse shows and skateboarding.

Janet | Dental Receptionist

Janet is a Georgia native who moved to Maryland in 2004. She has two grown daughters who keep her very busy. After being a stay at home mom for many years, Janet decided to pursue a business in home childcare. Now, she enjoys working in the dental field at Tooth Fairy Smiles.

When she is not working, Janet enjoys spending time with her daughters, her dogs, boating, and traveling.

Janice | Dental Hygienist

Janice is a mother of three and grandmother of six. She has been married for over 40 years. She graduated with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene at Howard University and a Bachelor of Science from Maryland University. Janice has been working in pediatric dentistry for twenty years as an Assistant and Hygienist.

Karrington | Dental Assistant

Karrington was born and raised in Prince George’s County. She comes from a very large family, many of whom are doctors. So, it was only natural that she was interested in a career in the medical/ dental field. She likes taking on new challenges and learning new things. In her free time she loves taking her dogs to the park, bike riding, and coloring.

Lillian | Dental Hygienist

Lillian was born and raised in Mississippi. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 2018. Lillian moved to Maryland shortly after hygiene school, and has been practicing dental hygiene in the DMV ever since.

When she is not cleaning teeth, she loves being a mom to her three dogs, reading, traveling and crafting. Lillian’s goal is to make every child’s dental experience a positive one here at Tooth Fairy Smiles.

Yesenia | Dental Receptionist

Yesenia was born in El Salvador, but was raised here in Maryland. She graduated from Glen Burnie High School in 2021. She loves volleyball and currently coaches a league in her free time. She enjoys working in the dental field as there is always something new to learn!
